The Low Down
Pogo awards points for ANY purchase made with a linked credit/debit card and also offers 5X as many points for receipts linked to store accounts associated with certain retailers. You can earn even more points for purchases at store linked accounts, reviewing products you purchase at stores and they even pay data dividends. NO UPLOADING of receipts!
As with any of these type of apps, they collect your purchase history and use it for different purposes. Pogo uses it for reserach and advertising, but pays you data dividends for it. That is a WIN WIN for me. Personally, I don’t care if they know my shopping patterns.
Rewards System: With account linking, you earn automatic rewards on EVERY purchase, without receipt scanning. WooHOO!! You do have to open the app and tap “Claim” to claim your points. Currently their account linked retailer list consists of the following: Amazon, Walmart, Walgreens, Kroger, Target, Publix, Instacart and Wegmans.
Payment System: Points can be redeemed for cash via Vinmo or Paypal when you reach a $3 account balance. 1,000 points = $1.
Summary: I joined Pogo on February 4, 2021, so 11 days ago. I have earned 1,514 since then. Those purchases are from my linked bank account card and three store linked accounts as well as earned points from all the account linking when I opened my Pogo account.
Download the Pogo app, use code “6NBBG” when you sign up and link a debit/credit card and/or email account associated with store accounts and receive 500 points. Easy Money!!!
